Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. We offer standard shipping (5–7 business days) and expedited shipping (2–3 business days) within the contiguous United States.
All shipments are packaged in compliance with applicable regulations for research chemicals. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or customs holds.
Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping. All shipments include a tracking number sent to the email provided at checkout.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (research-grade compounds), all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or used products.
If you receive a damaged shipment or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or replacements if product misuse or tampering is suspected.
